The Realtor program is designed to help real estate agents keep in touch with their buyers and sellers after closing. It’s a great way to say thank you and to ask for referrals. You worked hard to earn their business, so make sure you keep them as clients!

It includes a series of 7 cards mailed over a three year period. The first card is mailed out in a few days after you submit the information to us, and then every six months after that. Anniversary cards are mailed during the anniversary month. The program ends with the homeowner’s third anniversary of closing.

Our service includes:

How to get started:

1) Click the sign up button, and fill out the needed information.

2) Mail us a large supply of your business cards if you want them inserted in your cards and a sample of your first name hand signed.

3). Then, simply send us your closings each month by email or fax with this information: name(s), address, buyer of seller, and closing date. Your credit card will be charged $22.99 per program.

You will receive a mailings report each month that a card goes out, so you know exactly when your clients receive cards and which card they received.
